PETG-Filament green blue metallic

PETG is a type of PET plastic, the same material used in beverage bottles. This plastic is characterized by very high impact resistance, which means that printed objects do not shatter immediately when subjected to impact, but instead deform mechanically. It is also highly UV-resistant.

Although PETG is somewhat prone to warping, it is otherwise just as easy to print as PLA. For large-scale and dense prints, a closed build volume is recommended; in most cases, a heated build volume is not necessary. Even open-frame printer systems generally have no trouble processing this material. However, if you encounter warping issues during printing, the points mentioned above can help resolve them.
