Shipping

Your order will be packed and shipped with DHL, UPS or Postal service according to the chosen method of shipment.

Pickup

After making a telephone arrangement, the material can be picked up directly from our warehouse at NBW workshop for the disabled at Triftstrasse 36, 13127 Berlin.

After placing your order, please call 030/54909613 to find out when the material can be made available to you.

Payment

Payment via PayPal:

If you have paid your orders via PayPal it will be packed and shipped as soon as your order is registrated by our system.

Payment via Sofort Überweisung (Klarna)

If you have paid your orders via Sofort it will be packed and shipped as soon as your order is registrated by our system.

Invoice:

If you want to pay your order via invoice, it will be packed and sent within two business days. Orders must be paid within 14 days from buying. You must be registred for Invoice payment. Open a customer account and contact us here.

Money transfer:

if you choose the standard money-transfer option your order will be packed and shipped as soon your payment is registered in our bank account.

You can return a parcel using the following link

Then you can continue with the returns process and print a shipping label.
